My brother blacked out while using the computer...?

So today my 16 yr old brother was on the computer, he said his body stopped moving and he blacked out, he couldn't see anything but a "white screen". When he woke up he found himself on the stoned on the floor then after that everything felt normal to him. Do you guys think this is an issue that we should see a doc for this or is it just a normal faint situtation?
